2. Scope of service
   These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and stay at the rooms/apartments of Agriturismo I Cerri.
   
   
3. Bookings
   Booking Method: via website through Stripe payment (with credit card).
   Booking Confirmation: the booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the “booking confirmation” email from the manager, and successful payment.
   Payment is made at the time of booking and is refundable in case of cancellations made before 28 days from the booked date.
   
   
4. Prices and taxes
   What the price includes: the price includes the stay at one of our apartments.
   Tourist Tax: the tourist tax is not included and must be paid upon arrival at the facility.
   
   
5. Cancellation and Modification Policies
   Cancellation: it is possible to cancel the booking up to 28 days before the first booked date. Beyond that, the booking will not be refunded.
   Early Departures: in case of early departure, no refunds are provided for unused nights.
   
   
6. Check-in and Check-out
   Times: check-in from 16:00 to 20:00. Check-out from 07:00 to 10:00.
   Documents: Upon check-in, it is mandatory to present a valid identity document for each guest for legal registration purposes.
   Check-out: before check-out, the management reserves the right to check for any damage caused to the apartment, which must then be reimbursed by the guest.
   
   
7. Liability
   Limitation of liability clause: the management is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to valuables left unattended in the rooms or common areas.
   
8. Privacy and Personal Data Processing (GDPR)
   The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). For further information, please consult our Privacy Policy available on the website https://agriturismoicerri.it
   
9. Applicable Law and Competent Court
   For any dispute, Italian law applies. The competent court is that of Pesaro.
